With the lack of an early-summer beer festival this year, the team at GULP wanted to inject some fun into the Singapore craft beer scene, whilst celebrating some of the amazing breweries that are available on the island.
Enter GULPfest: a fresh, riverside beer festival inspired by the tasting-session formats popular across Europe and the US, giving craft beer lovers the chance to explore dozens of top-tier brews from around the world in a single afternoon, evening or both!
The event will showcase 12 outstanding breweries, both local and international, with pours from countries including Japan, the UK, New Zealand, Spain, Germany, Latvia, and Sweden. Guests can also expect unique offerings from award-winning home brewers, curated by the team at Craft Brew Asia.
These breweries will be showcasing their best beers available in Singapore right now, over 21 taps!
Each $99 ticket allows unlimited pours across all of these taps, and the beers will change from the morning to the evening sessions. This means there will be a huge selection of 42 beers on show across the day.
Alongside the beer, guests can enjoy handmade rough cut savoury pies from The Piemonger, and wildly inventive donuts from OMG! Decadent Donuts.
To complete the vibe, DJs from the extended GULP community will spin funk, soul, disco, and house vinyls throughout the day.
Tickets are $99 per session, or $190 for both sessions. The afternoon session is 1-5pm and the evening session is 6-10pm.
Tickets can be bought at gulpbeer.co and more info can be found by following Gulp’ instagram https://www.instagram.com/gulpbeersg/ @gulpbeersg.
